NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

Thank you for shopping with Fine Selection. If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, we're here to help.

Our policy lasts 14 days. 14 days after the delivery of your item/s, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund (must bring proof of purchase).

If you want to return an item, please contact us and after send it to the address we provided to you for return.

To be eligible to return, as you know the item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in original packaging and with labels on it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

THE FINE PRINT

Please note that they are all handmade and there may be slight imperfections. These imperfections in no way affect the quality of the pieces and can actually make them more special. These small imperfections are usually not noticeable and hard to spot. Not every piece will have an imperfection, but it is important to understand that anything handmade could be different each time.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns for sale items. Photos and descriptions are made very clear about the item's condition, size, material and brand.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN AND REFUND?

Once we received your item we will inspect the condition in 2 days and contact you to inform if your return accepted or not.

When your return accepted, we will ask your bank details and send you a full refund.

If your return is not accepted, we will provide you photos and proof about reason of refusal.

Fine Selection cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
